Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, we are temporarily suspending all shipments to the United States from our website.
This decision is in response to the suspension or enforcement changes related to Section 321 of the U.S. Tariff Act, which previously allowed duty-free entry for goods valued under $800 USD per shipment. Section 321 has been widely used by cross-border retailers like us to offer fast, affordable shipping to U.S. customers without additional import duties.
However, U.S. authorities are currently reviewing and tightening enforcement of this provision to address concerns about misuse, de minimis abuse, and unfair trade practices. This includes:
-
Increased scrutiny and inspections of shipments entering under Section 321
-
Potential suspension or limitation of bulk cross-border shipments that are consolidated and broken up to qualify as duty-free
-
Higher risk of delays, tariffs, or penalties on parcels entering from Canada
As a result, continuing shipments to the U.S. at this time could lead to unexpected costs and delays for our customers, and we want to avoid that.
We are actively monitoring the situation and exploring compliant, reliable alternatives for cross-border shipping. Once a solution is confirmed, we will promptly restore shipping to the U.S.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
